Matt Gray, Head of Operations, beat stiff competition from across the regions including nominees from the likes of Argos, Ikano Bank and Sainsbury’s.
Having had his performance assessed by an independent judging panel, Matt was recognised for his determination, passion for success and the positive work he has done for his clients and their customers working on campaigns including Sky and Simplify Digital.
“It’s an honour to be recognised in this way, but recognition really should also go to my team that I’m extremely proud to be surrounded by. I wouldn’t have got this far without them. It’s not always been a smooth journey but this award is testament to the whole team’s hard work and will to succeed.”
Matt has been with us since 2007, originally starting as a sales agent on the calling floor, and through training, development and a strong will to succeed he has gone on to become a team leader, supervisor, call centre manager and on to his current role as Head of Operations.
The glittering awards gala, held at The Nottingham Belfry Hotel, celebrated the 900+ contact centres across the Midlands and Yorkshire regions.
The awards mark an exciting year for ResQ, as we have continued to expand our client portfolio and team across all areas of the business including opening a 2nd site in Seaham, County Durham.
