Now with over two hundred employees at the contact centre, it is one of the largest employers in Seaham. Celebrating its 12th birthday in May, ResQ has a further 650 staff at its call centre in Hull being one of Hull’s largest employers.
Over the next few months the biggest challenge ResQ faces is to find the extra 200 people required in order to achieve its growth aspirations, making ResQ the largest employer in Seaham!
”It is a huge but exciting challenge for us,” says Gareth Haikney, who runs the centre in Seaham.
”Contact centres are a big part of the regions’ infrastructure and here at ResQ we want to take that one step further; we want to be a contact centre with a difference……..”
