“I am so proud and delighted; first to be nominated by my team and secondly to be recognised for the hard work and strong emphasis that I place on leadership and developing ResQ’s people.
“I am fortunate to have a strong team around me. Most of them have been with the business for several years or more and most started their careers as advisors on the phones, so I am enormously proud of what we have achieved.
“From the judges’ comments, I know that what my team said about me on the submission impressed them enormously. That alone was enough recognition, but to win is just fantastic and I am so proud to win an award that reflects the work we do together to make the business the best it can be.”
ResQ works for a number of FTSE 100 customers and was recently awarded a contract with Vodafone UK for call centre services. It has also been awarded ‘One Star’ by Best Companies demonstrating very good levels of staff engagement.
