ResQ shortlisted for the 2021 North East Contact Centre Awards!


It is with great pride that ResQ announces its shortlisting in the People Engagement category at this year’s North East Contact Centre Awards (NECCAs). Now in its 17th year, the NECCAs are an annual celebration of the people who have made North East Contact Centres among the best in the world. This year, judges were overwhelmed with over 100 entries across the 16 categories.

"The award for People Engagement is intended for organisations which put people at the heart of what they do, creating a culture of diversity and inclusion and embedding a health and wellbeing programme into their organisation. At ResQ, this is part of our DNA. This NECCAs nomination recognises the strong colleague engagement we’ve achieved throughout 2021, dealing successfully with any challenges that the ongoing pandemic has posed to our organisation and people and delivering the best possible service to our customers."


The winners of the 2021 NECCAs will be announced at a gala ceremony at The Lancastrian Suite, Gateshead on 11 November 2021.
