The team at ResQ are overjoyed to have received the Silver Award for Best Health & Wellbeing Programme at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2021 (ECCCSAs), with an additional ‘Highly Commended’ Accolade awarded for Best Employee Engagement Programme. Now in its 21st year, the prestigious ECCCSAs are the longest running and largest awards programme in the customer contact industry. The awards give recognition to companies across Europe who pave the way and excel in the delivery of world class customer service. The evening showcased some of the incredible talent within the industry from over 26 European countries, a fantastic celebration of innovation, continual improvement, and dedication to the industry.
Employee health & wellbeing and employee engagement are both incredibly important at ResQ, even more so given the current Covid climate and the difficulties it has presented for so many. It was vital that we further increased our efforts to ensure our programmes provided the utmost support for our employees during these times. Implementing access to an onsite gym, a team of trained mental health first aiders, over 100 wellbeing online events, a Facebook community hub, and the opportunity to receive free and confidential counselling through our online employee assistance program, are just a few of the many ways in which ResQ supports individuals’ health and wellbeing and encourage employee engagement. We pride ourselves on ensuring a happy and healthy working environment is provided to allow team members to experience a fulfilled working life and reach their full potential.
