ResQ, the UK’s leading outsourced contact centre specialists, has announced it has become Finalists for this year’s UK National Contact Centre Awards in not just one, but four categories including the coveted Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year.

Celebrating their 27th year in 2022, the UK National Contact Centre Awards are the longest running and the most highly respected programme in the UK. ResQ has been shortlisted for: Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year; Best Health & Wellbeing Programme; Most Effective Colleague Engagement Programme and a new category for 2022 – Best Contact Centre Culture.

CEO Gill Marchbank says:

“Becoming Finalists for these awards is such a fantastic achievement. We are passionate about career development and work incredibly hard to ensure we have a healthy and happy working environment where our staff can thrive and be the best they can be. It’s this unique environment that allows us to be the very best at delivering a world-class customer experience for our clients and their customers.”

This announcement comes at a time of unprecedented growth for ResQ – a company that, in just three years, has increased its turnover by 160% and expanded the depth and breadth of its sector experience which now includes telcos, utilities, broadband, financial services and public sector.

The winners of the 2022 UKNCCAs will be announced at an awards ceremony at Old Billingsgate, London on 20th June 2022.

Good luck to all the finalists on the night!
