ResQ Accreditations

19/05/2022

Accreditation #1 – Business Continuity Management (ISO 22301)

ResQ has been awarded the ISO 22301:2019 accreditation, recognising its commitment towards implementing robust business continuity strategies.

The International Organisation of Standardisation (ISO) established ISO 22301, a societal security and business management system, to establish requirements and processes that every business should have in place to ensure that it is fully ready and equipped in the event of a disaster.  The accreditation covers three main areas: Recovery, Resilience and Contingency.

John Cadden, ResQ’s Director of Business Governance comments:

“We recognise the importance of developing, implementing, and maintaining our systems to international best practices.  Being awarded this accreditation is a great achievement and sends out a clear message that we are fully committed to minimising the impact of any interruption to our business activities so that we can continue to deliver a world-class customer experience for our clients and their customers.”

Accreditation #2 – Psychological Health and Safety – Wellbeing (ISO 45003)

Joining only 2 other companies in the UK, ResQ has been awarded the ISO 45003:2021.  It’s the first global standard that gives practical guidance on managing psychological health in the workplace.  More specifically, it includes information on how to recognise the psychosocial hazards that can affect workers such as those that arise from home working.  It also offers examples of effective, often simple, actions that can be taken to manage these and improve employee wellbeing.

ResQ’s Director of Business Governance, John Cadden says:

“Employee wellbeing has been at the core of our business since day 1.  We have created a strong community where everyone looks out for each other – there’s a real sense of a family environment. It’s for this very reason that we were recognised as a ‘world-class company to work for’ in 2021 by Best Companies, after being awarded a 3-star accreditation.”
