ResQ Celebrates Double Win at the Hull & East Yorkshire Business Awards

Last week was an exciting one at ResQ. We’re pleased to share some great news from this year’s Hull & East Yorkshire Business Awards. It was a night to remember for ResQ and everyone who’s part of our journey.
Not only were we finalists among some of the region’s most inspiring organisations, we walked away with two of the biggest awards of the night:

Innovation Award: Recognising Our Technology with Heart
The Innovation Award shines a spotlight on the incredible work behind our iQ platform. Built in-house, iQ is transforming what’s possible inside the contact centre environment. It gives our teams real-time insights, empowers advisors with the context they need to resolve customer queries quickly, and helps our clients understand customer behaviour like never before. It is innovation that doesn’t replace people. It supports them. It augments their ability to deliver service with empathy, confidence and speed.


To have this recognised by the judges reinforces what we’ve always believed:
Innovation isn’t about technology for technology’s sake. At ResQ its about empowering our people to do an amazing job and providing strategic insights for our clients to give them a competitive edge.

The Best Place to Work Award is one that means the world to us because it reflects our DNA.
