Our partner a company listed as one of the ‘big six’ energy suppliers in the UK wanted to grow their existing customer base using an outsourced model and utilised a number of providers to offer this service.  The challenge for ResQ was to become another partner and deliver both sales and quality excellence to offer best in class performance.

Working with our partner ResQ provided an experienced and robust management team and offered a truly consultative approach to data management, sharing best practices to help improve data quality and data performance across our partners entire outsourced estate by aiding the transformation of its stagnant data channels into a dynamic real-time source of qualified leads

The Approach

Drawing from ResQ’s vast knowledge of the energy market within the UK we were able to recruit suitably skilled agents with knowledge of the energy market.  Coupling this with ResQ’s academy management structure (SMART, GROW & Quintile management) we were able to create a team exceeding client expectations and reducing speed to competency for new staff joining the campaign, which was welcome given the growth our success created.  By offering a truly collaborative approach we were also able to aid with the reduction of cancellations within ResQ and this best practice was again shared to promote transparency of the service provided as questions were asked how we had been able to beat the channels sales record within 15 weeks of dialling

ResQ’s value to its new partner became evident with the growth achievable within ResQ over the first six months.  During this period we were able to quadruple the team size without any impact to the cost to acquire (CTA) through the innovations on data management and academy processes not offered through any other outsourcer they had partnered with previously.
