ResQ was founded in 2006. We knew there was a better way of doing things and wanted to provide a service where trust between outsourcer and client was guaranteed. We aspired to create contact centres where people wanted to work, grow and develop.

We launched ResQ in Hull with just 12 agents and one client: a Big Six energy firm – which is still a client today! We have grown considerably in the past 14 years and have many proud achievements. Here are just a few of them.

We are disappointed that we aren’t able to celebrate with our staff and clients in person this year. However, we are incredibly grateful for their support over the past 14 years and can’t wait to see what the next 14 have in store for team ResQ!
