Role Description:

Come and join us in our Seaham contact centre and earn a basic salary of £20,377.50 per annum.

What would you be doing?

You will be taking inbound calls from customers querying their passport application status. This is very much a customer service role so fantastic interpersonal skills are essential. Remaining calm and showing empathy whilst demonstrating a high performance of customer service throughout the call is crucial as some customers may be frustrated.

You will be contracted to 41.25 hours per week working between the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5.30 pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays on a rotational shift basis.

This is initially a 12-week contract with potential to be extended subject to campaign requirements. You must be in commuting distance of our office in Seaham however this is a work from home role after your initial Resq induction.
