Role Description:

Working at ResQ with our Vodafone Team you'll be talking to existing Vodafone customers to upgrade and sell additional products and also looking at customer retention.
Experience isn't required as we provide fully paid comprehensive training.
Over 95% of our sales agents haven't worked in a contact centre before, they do now!
It's your natural ability to engage and hold a conversation we look for. In return for your hard work, we offer:

Working within our busy Sales team you will be expected to:
- Investigating customers requirements to identify opportunities to discuss additional/alternative products.
- Investigating customer requirements in an attempt to offer more cost-effective contract plans.
- Attempting to retain customers who are considering leaving through offering products and/or services to resolve any problems they may be facing.
- Investigating customer service enquiries and transferring to relevant departments when we are unable to resolve internally.
