What will I do as a Sales Advisor?

Working on behalf of some of the UK's biggest brands, you will:

- Manage calls from customers interested in taking out an additional product of service, or alternatively discuss new deals to retain existing customers on their current contract.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every call, ensuring customers are satisfied with their service.
- Investigating customer service enquiries and transferring to relevant departments when we are unable to resolve internally.
