I joined ResQ in January 2021, I enjoy pushing myself to work harder to earn as much as possible, while gaining new skills along the way. My career in sales has been supported by my managers, who genuinely care about you doing the best for yourself and want you to succeed. ResQ offer a lot of opportunities and I know when the time is right, I will have been supported to follow the best career path for me.

The staff at ResQ I’ve worked with on the Specialist Care team have been wonderful. Chan, James, Matt and Sam have been an absolute dream team and I can’t thank them enough for their support during the campaign, around both work and personal matters. It’s been lovely to be a part of a team that truly care about each other to form tight knit work relationships.

I joined ResQ in October 2023 and have enjoyed every minute of it. The training is brilliant, you never feel like you’re being thrown in at the deep end. The managers are very supportive and want to get the best from you at work, while being caring, empathetic and go above and
beyond on a personal level. The environment is so much more enjoyable than what you would expect a call centre to be. Everyone is extremely friendly and will always go out of their way to help. A genuinely brilliant place to work!

When I applied for my job with ResQ, like many others, I thought I’d be here a few months and move on… Three and a half years later and I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else! I’ve never felt so welcomed and cared for in the workplace before nor have I ever worked for a company before who give so much back to their employees. The rewards for doing your job would be more than adequate but there’s always more put in place to ensure the workforce are happy (who else do you know who gets a hog roast van sent in to their work for free?!).
The company is innovative and forever growing but always striving to grow our employees along with it. The fact that the directors can often be found on the stairs gabbing with the team says all it needs to… It sounds cliché but it’s a family.

I joined ResQ early in 2023, and to be honest, I didn’t expect to stay as long as I have. The recruitment process was so welcoming and friendly that it seemed too good to be true. The training and academy were outstanding; the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful-I can’t fault them. What really made me stay was the ongoing support after leaving the academy, both professionally and personally. I’ve even been accepted into the Leadership Preparation Program (LPP), which shows my commitment to staying for the long haul. I Considering at the beginning I didn’t think I’d like the job and now being on the LPP speaks volumes on how good ResQ is to work for!
I would definitely recommend seizing the opportunity to join if it arises.
