Based across two sites in the UK, we are a team of passionate individuals who really care about customer support, and each year, we have more than 8 million customer conversations on behalf of our clients.

Our story

Back in 2006, we set out to change the way contact centres work. We knew there was a better way of doing things and that with the right tech and the right people, we could provide world-class customer service on behalf of clients across the globe.

We launched ResQ with just 12 agents and today, we work with 1,350 amazing people across two successful UK sites.
