Founded in 2006, ResQ wanted to change the way contact centres work, with a firm belief that there was a better way of doing things.
Regardless of background or experience, we wanted to create a business that invested in people, giving them the skills to thrive and develop a career that allows them to be the best they can be. It was our founders’ belief that creating a workplace culture like no other would produce industry-leading results for our clients… and it worked!

Boasting scenic costal views, our office in Spectrum Business Park has open plan sales floors with multiple meeting rooms, a coffee shop and on-site parking available. The site is easily accessible via the A19 corridor from Tees Valley, Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle upon Tyne.
State-of-the-art facility located in the heart of Hull City Centre opposite the train station, which includes our very own coffee shop (with a dedicated app for ordering), a gym and an artisan food market located on the ground floor.
Our second site at Seaham, close to Spectrum 3. Lighthouse View gives us even more capacity to respond to client needs. And, as the name suggests, it gives agents a great place to work with a fantastic vista.
