14/04/2023

ResQ team up with Hull City Council to renovate second floor of iconic building as part of the ‘levelling up’ agenda

ResQ, the leading outsourced contact centre specialist, has announced that it will be taking over the second floor of the Hammonds of Hull building, in addition to the first floor which they currently occupy. The move will create 520 new work spaces and at least 290 new jobs for Hull.

ResQ will split the cost of the extensive renovation work that’s needed, with Hull City Council, who have granted £750k of their levelling up fund to finance the project.

The building’s owner, Redefine Paragon Square Hull Limited, has been incredibly supportive of the project and the employment benefits it will bring to the local area.

Gill Marchbank, ResQ’s CEO said:

‘In the current economic climate, we are proud that our growth as a business means that we are able to create new jobs and career opportunities for people in the local community.

The incredible vision, leadership and passion that our people show in delivering great results for our clients means that we are able to forecast growth and commit to the creation of 290 new jobs for Hull’.
